Dr. J. Gordon Leishman - 2007 Fellow of the AHS

 

Congratulations to Dr. J. Gordon Leishman for being named a 2007 Technical Fellow of the American Helicopter Society (AHS). Dr. Leishman has distinguished himself as one of the leading persons in rotorcraft aerodynamics in the world. Only 4 inductees are chosen every year for the AHS Technical Fellow Award. Two of this year's inductees have Maryland connections. The other is Mark Tischler a former student of Dr. Jewel Barlow.
